Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled flight (60 min prior for sunsrise/sunset flights) for paperwork and briefings. During check-in, passengers review and sign liability waivers. We conduct a safety briefing, which covers seat belt function, headset operation, and oxygen. Guests must be in compliance with safety card items (just like a commercial flight).

• 3 passenger maximum; combined weight stated in tour description

• Supplemental oxygen is provided for Colorado 14er tour (IAW14CFR §91.211) and available upon request for other tours at additional cost at $15/person

• Sanitary protection covers are used for all headsets and microphones.
